Of course, it's possible that Soldier is bisexual or pansexual instead, but as of now, the evidence is pointing to him being chiefly interested in men. Per the Bastet short story, it seems that Soldier: 76 is gay, and at one point was in a romantic relationship with a man named Vincent. Most recently, Blizzard released a short story called 'Bastet,' which can be read here, that details the sexuality of one of the game's most popular characters. While Overwatch itself doesn't have much in the way of cut-scenes or narrative elements, Blizzard has nevertheless given the game and its characters expansive lore through other avenues, like digital shorts and comics.
